Made a simple all-in-one docker container for running a test instance of Mastodon during development. Basically if you have a directory with the mastodon/QOTO source code in it you can issue a single command to run the container. It will then compile the source, setup redis and a database in memory (fresh every start), and bring up a local instance.

I designed it so as to make my life easier when modifying the qoto source code. It achieves the same thing as the Vagrant file Mastodon provides except that it is a container instead of a VM so uses fewer resources. It also fixed a few bugs that were in the Vagrant container.
