Sweet after almost a week these sleeping meds have finally started to do their job. Went to bed at 9 pm and woke up at 5 am, no alarm. So nice to beat the sun.
@freemoI met 4am again but I went to bed at 10:30. I guess it's my cue to just sleep earlier
