@alayna Thats because youtube considers places separate countries even if technically they are autonomous territories. For example puerto rico, Dutch Antillies, BVI, are all counted as seperate countries.

@alayna Its just something I have dealt with a lot in tech. The legal division of what is functionally considered a country in tech basically boils down to any place with its own governments and laws. I've come across the disparity between actual countries and "effectively a country" many times.
