This pretty much sums up the USA, a bunch of people with severe mental health problems compounding the issue with toxic (and fake) positivity at every turn. More over the second someone is realistic or critical that positivity will turn to rage in a heart beat.
The USA is by far the least mentally healthy place I have ever been.

@CCoinTradingIdeas After having dealt with the medical profession in america im not sure I have much confidence in their ability to accurately determine the prevalence. In my expiernce it appears closer to at least 90% of the population.
This is a great argument that entails a test for real positivity as opposed to the fake and toxic kind:
Positivity is true only if realism and criticism are welcomed.
It is the rare (enlightened) being who welcomes criticism.
But, what is realism? What is real?
Harari in his latest book asserts that suffering is the most (and only) real thing. Is it?
@freemo in USA, about 25% of women have mental issues
