Strictly it means your phisically attracted to little kids. So that means one of two things
1) You feel that way but recognize it is wrong, as such you do your best to correct those urges and behavior, dont act on them, and try to get rid of it as best you can.
2) you embrace it and try to rape little kids.
If as he suggests it is about pedophile advocacy it would suggest it is #2
