The proper way to handle it is one nation witha democracy.. Jews were free to buy land in Palestine and vote prior to the partition plan of 1947. They could have done it the right way and just migrated there adn changed the government through participation if they wanted.

Yes they would, in fact they actively were letting them in prior to the Partition Plan.

Many Jews wanting to live in what they considered their ancestral homeland would buy homes there and even entire neighborhoods of Jewish ancestry. They were a small minority compares to the Palestinians but they were welcome there and mostly treated peacefully and welcomes by the palestinians prior to 1947 (after which the Partition Plan pretty much started hostilities between them).
