No doesnt work that way, you dont need three different "signals" that doesnt help you at all. You need different physically separated receivers.
Additional signals like wifi wont significantly narrow down the signal (though can slightly narrow it down due to more consistent power output negotiation, but thats not a huge factor).
Also with three physically seperated antennas you would only narrow a persons location down to two different possible locations. you would need a fourth antenna to narrow it down to a single location (though sometimes you can get away with just three antennas if one of the two locations is not a place a person would be expected to be, like in the sky)..
In an urban setting though due to the fact that we arent talking about a nice clean omnidirectional radiation pattern, you have reflections, you actually need even more antennas to get a really good fix on someone.
