"In the end, only three things matter: how much you loved, how gently you lived, and how gracefully you let go of things not meant for you." -- Buddha

@basilisk Feel free to show it isnt a genuine quote if youd like

@basilisk I dont have the source on hand anymore, I've know the quote for a long time. Plus im less interested than you in its authenticity so I have no motivation right now to dig it up.

Since it seems of interest to you to figure out if its authentic or not you should probably do it if youw ant to confirm your suspicions.

@freemo

great. you post something you are not interested in and can't verify

@basilisk I never said I wasnt interested in what I posted, only that im not interested in verifying its authenticity for others, there is a difference.

@freemo

so why do invoke the words of others, are they your sentiments?
Follow

@basilisk No they are not my sentiments. Though the original source has been translated. But beyond that, no, they are not my words.

@basilisk Bear in mind im **not** claiming the quote is authentic either. I just have no interested in investigating it to see if it is authentic or where the true source happens to be. It is a quote I was told, I liked, I shared. If I have some spare time ill check into it maybe if im curious. For now, its not a priority for me.
