@work_id_tjr There are existing bots out there in various languages that would probably make this much easier. I guess it depends on language.

@work_id_tjr Ok that should be easy enough to do, except the buttons, I dont think you could embed a functional button in that sense, but you can do back and forth dialogue.

With that said there is a way you might be able to get a similar effect to a button but its more of a cheat, that is, use the polling feature. That would send the user a multiple choice question which you should get a "response" on.

I dont know the precise API calls though, I can only assure you it is doable. As I said earlier there are libraries for working with the API in multiple languages. If you are using one of those languages you may not need to be aware of the raw API at all. I run a few bots but all of them use libraries and dont call the API directly.
