If a scientist doesn’t declare something to be of reality, it is fake, period. Scientists are incapable of being bought or uttering falsehood because science, which constantly changes, is the ultimate unchanging truth.

Honestly this is so beyond absurd I have to think the OP is just being facetious.
For starters there is an infinite set of facts scientists have yet to discover. No scientist has uttered this as fact because they may not even be aware of them let alone have enough information to determine their falsehood, yet they are still facts all the same. Scientists are not omnipotent.
Not to mention science changes often because it was wrong. It is not unchanging truth, it is changing constantly in the pursuit of truth, which it doesnt always get right
