QOTO's **Managed Groups** server will be opening registration later today.

Ok so QOTO's managed groups appears stable. It ran all night without any errors, it appears to be behaving itself, and all the basic features are working as expected.

Today I just need to fix some minor things (mail delivery) and should be able to open the server up for public registration soon.

If you want to register for a managed group stay tuned, should open up very shortly.
