I doubt it, in most cases at least. There's this current tendency of women talking about how they issues with self-worth and confidence, but in my experience, their confidence is staggering. So statements like in the picture are usually made because they genuinely think it's pathetic.

Besides, why wouldn't that happen ?. Male Authority is now considered "Patriarchal Toxic Masculinity", and that includes the authority of the father of a girl. Without a father's authority, a girl just grows to be irresponsible and self-indulging, specially sexually irresponsible and sexually self-indulging. Just point out how most TDS in females and pregnancies are a result of their own lack of responsibility and you will be treated as worse than Hitler.
