@smithy much more mellow than i expected of an aged alcoholic drink. With that said it tasted like a really smooth sake, perfect for sipping, refreshing. I guess the aging with sake mellowed the flavors as it just tasted like a super smooth sake.

@freemo Been dabbling in Japanese whiskeys as of late & they're freaking fantastic as well

@smithy i have not tried japenese whisky but i hear good things. I'm more of a beer guy than hard liquor. But sake is more like wine than hard liquor.. That said when I do have hard liquor it will be an aged Whisky, scotch or tequila, so I'd still enjoy trying it.
