Whether you think trans peopel are weird, unnatural, mentally unhealthy, or whatever else you tell yourself to justify being hateful I have to wonder, why would any of that, if it were true, even be a reason to not care about someone, or at least to want to see them happy.
To be honest most hate is hard to understand in general, but this just seems particularly absurd. In the end when I see it I cant help but assume its just a reflection of the persons on internal mental issues, whatever they might be, and less about the groups they target.
@Raccoondude The thing is while a pedo, in the sense of someone who raped, sexualized, or touched a small child, is a horrific and unacceptable act, and should of course be treated as a crime with penalties and all that... even witht hat being true I dont think even that justifies hating someone. Being evil in any sense is learned and a response to expiernces as is being good, that doesnt make them any less responsible, but it doesnt mean I have to hate the person. I can still go "wow I wish that rapist pedo had better role models growing up or better genes or whatever it would take so he wouldnt be such a bad person and make others suffer along with himself"
@freemo Also yeah I do mean pedophile as in "someone who has molested a child"
I really should separate child molester and pedophile for a number of reasons, gonna try to keep that in mind
@freemo Again fair, but they already hate pedos and murders, so they attempt to connect things they don't like to it
Look at jews for example, they think on an unconscious level, "I fear/am uncomfortable with this person, im gonna try to find a way to connect things I can 'rightfully' hate to it"
Its what disconnects bigotry to the actual fear or discomfort of a group of people, the rationalization.
People who are bigots will rationalize their issues and not accept another outlook due to it, its paranoia at its finest
