@realcaseyrollins I really need to catch up ont he kyle case... From what I saw without spending much time on it he seems completely innocent to me.
@realcaseyrollins Keep in mind im not sure "the defendant will get off" is the same thing as saying he is innocent. I really dont know if he will get off, but I kinda hope he does from what little I know of the case. Sounds like self defense.

To a reasonable jury, yes. How many people are polarized and unreasonable given certain circumstances.
Everyone will have bias, a good decision maker tends to try hard to take bias out of serious decisions. How many people tend to use bias in decisions like this, nowadays?
I want him to be found innocent on all charges, but it is a toss up.
