Car in Waukesha Wisconsin plowed into a crowd. Tbh I'm jumping the gun here as it's too soon to actually know why.

I think I seriously jumped the gun here, because there were 3 people in the car and on the overhead footage they didn't plow into them, but slightly slowed down. I think they were just running away from a crime.
