I've got a #FediBlock to discuss: qoto.org
We've had them blocked for years due to harassment from their admin directed toward our instance, users, me specifically, & the same to other instances.
Plus, their CoC leaves a lot to be desired
Several folks this week asked about them, and we have a rule to not share block reasons for dogpiling and harassment.
I DMd a response to someone who asked about it, and wouldn't you know it, but I received an email from them asking about the block

@david I am very saddened to hear you felt harassed. I was never aware of this, in fact all IU recall is going out of my way to support you, help with technical issues on your server, and promote your instance. Then one day out of nowhere just saw us blocked and never knew why.
If i knew you felt attacked, even accidentally, I would have apologized much sooner. But just to be clear I am very sad to hear you ever felt attacked by me or any of our users, very sorry that happened.
Please feel free to report or share any such incidents from me or our users and they will be suspended,. I can not vote on moderation issues about me so it would even result in my own suspension, so please feel free to report.
