I think I found the only post he could have possibly meant by "harassment". I want to post it here for the record, as this was the last communication we had before his server blocked me.
In short he had boosted an inflammatory (and outright lie) about QOTO. It was about one of our features and it lied about how itt worked in order to frame us as privacy violating, despite the feature respecting post privacy.
Since me and David at this point were on very good terms as far as I knew I was personally hurt by this but responded respectfully. I even made sure to do it in private so he didnt feel attacked. Attached our the interactions from me that he considered "harassment", as you can see I went out of my way to be considerate.
A shame he wouldnt post the evidence itself, probably because he knew if he did it would discredit his accusation... really a shame.
@freemo I'm very late to all of this clearly, and I dont see anything in this, just like when I visit the thread about the ban there's clearly nothing evidence based their either.
I have though seen a whole bunch of stuff from yourself and a few others over the past few days about LGBQT+ support and interactions, maybe its worth collating some of this together into something that can live on the about page, explaining some of the decisions and actions taken in a place where people can visit, read, and then make their own decisions as to whether Qoto follows its own guidelines and principals on the matter. 🤷♂️
I can't help but feel as the users grow across the board, so will the moderation requirements, and we know for certain the limits of free speech will get tested as more people, with different opinions arrive on the platfrom across all the servers.
@magicaltrout email the people who run the directory and express your concern: https://qoto.org/@freemo/109371530724816347
