When it all started going down at Twitter, there were a few employees who were very public about their Musk loyalism. I cringed, because I saw similar Ellison loyalism among some at Sun after Oracle. Those Ellison loyalists didn't last much longer than the rest of us (often just months) -- but they permanently destroyed relationships in the process.

I say this because some prominent Musk loyalists are now out at Twitter -- and likely only destroyed relationships to show for it...

So remember: the relationships that we have with one another are the only thing that endure. Do not destroy those precious relationships for the sake of pleasing an employer!
