Why is it that it is perfectly acceptable and even sweet to tell a stranger "You have lovely eyes" but quite rude and deplorable to tell a stronger "You have lovely breasts"... What are the rUlES! someone TELL ME THE RULES!

@freemo I'm not sure that it is acceptable and sweet to tell a stranger (at least a woman) that they have lovely eyes. Some will take it as a compliment, sure. Some (quite a lot, I suspect) will think you're being creepy. I suspect "You have lovely breasts" is actually the same, just that the proportion who will take it as a compliment vs. the proportion who will think you're being creepy is different.

@VoxDei True, depending on the context lovely eyes might make someone uncomfortable too. Like I wouldnt say it to a colleague at work, and probably not to a complete stranger i didnt at least talk to first.
