When Marjorie Taylor Greene tells others to “grow some courage” – what she really means is "conform to Trump" – which is precisely the OPPOSITE of moral (ethical) courage.

Conforming to a group is exactly the opposite of courage. To step out of one's group 'rules' requires objective thinking and courage.

I suppose it depends on if Taylor Greene beleives Trump or not. I mean, anyone who trusts Trump is a fool, obviously. But if she legitimately beleives (however wrong) that Trump is the truth and that people are only turning tail out of fear and threats, then what she said is exactly what she means here.

Just as your perspective is the opposite because you think Trump is wrong. So naturally to you the couragous thing is to not defend him, and the honest thing.

Obviously I agree with you. But what Taylor Greene says seems perfectly accurate to what she claims her view of the facts are. What is more interesting of a point to me, and more valid, is if she is lying or truly believes Trump is in the right. So she is either an unethical liar, or a moron, neither are good.
