The latest #Mastodon (at least the one on #NoAuthority) replaces the "unfollow" button with "Mutual" if that person follows you back. This is very cool, and something I actually have wanted to several years.

Yea we have almost always had that at QOTO too, i think the feature is like 4 years old here now. We use the follow button with different colors to indicate if you are followed back or not.
