Not sure that works or is worth trying more of... Keep it as simply as possible...

More energy, more complex things people have to understand and fix continually... is fun but....

It's more about the goalposts are moving whatever we try also, so I'm not attacking you here (we also advance 'them' in code as well as us so still doesn't work sometimes).

Either ways people are mostly the compromising part (eventually even those in your projects) so trying to start too many new things excitedly without the people part is so-so and in the end... [it's a lot of time on machines)

I know it's tempting but anyway let's talk...
