Kind-of a joke but also not.

Think how it's true from a government perspective who is also training others to think of people by their 'job' only inside a design they create (or don't create). People say job as if it was a fair measure of people's possibilities and intentions in life!

Generally all job may be rally
"I'm doing something give 'OK' by government inside a matrix which calculated exactly what they get first before anything else'
Humans judge on what is not very humanitarian because of this kind of cold self-incentive / self-paying perspective (otherwise all else dies if it isn't paying them).

...the feeling here is that the way of looking people is more valued by a terrible selfishness in power, greed, money etc... by those in in government and around... AND those just following orders also inside the matrix of calculations...
Many not interested in separating what is very wrong (not even what is right just easily very far wrong / financially raping / fascist etc)...

and it's totally discriminator because it's based on what money it gives back to them for their own biases... not for the people themselves almost at all.

I can say this because MUCH is without consulting you or me or asking people. It's their own game and agenda, and even our nice intentions simply get recycled into that... again as long as it serves to generate more money otherwise it gets the hammer.

So to only value people like soldiers or hired guns / hire specialists in a pay structure only because they get more money is eventually poor design for humanity...

Technical - yes please
Non-Technical - what' the point

I get this feeling from computer people too perhaps they themselves too deep / disconnected (not all).

..and much less then anything humanity really needs in it's the mentality. I think this is why people want governments to go down and other things to be worked on instead. I don't want anything to go down until really it's ridiculous how people see and value each other. It's not a perfect game I know but assume it's far from this even in everyday conversion sometimes.

Instead of being invaded or dominated and sucked dry... people want something else.
Our well-being and energy is important o us and those of others abroad - we could talk about it in a better system if it was willing / allowed it., not just cut / blocked / censored etc... people want something else,

Not with almost 0 conversation
Not from 0 caring from those 'managing' us.

Not just 0
Not just 1
Not just Technical or Much-Less-Technical.

Something in between as a valued value, even if it's vague so it doesn't leave people out by default or even for practical reasons practise too long things without others or only for specialists without the human skills.. (in this case the practice of any non-human things are probably the wrong practise going on or needs much more of a balance than is now).

Thanks for listening to my feelings and even working towards a better balance of work activity (hard for me to say 'jobs').
