We manage our farm in such a way that people, animals, plants and the soil do well, today and in the future. Through our involvement on the farm, we gain insight into the interrelationships of soil, season, growth and labour used. We take responsibility for a part of our livelihood: the production of food. We share costs, effort and profit. We practice self-management and co-determination and create space for social and cultural projects.
