Holy Macaroni,

Now our #Fediverse microblogging spaces are fabulous for interesting discussions to be forgotten as they sink in timeline history.

But my, my.. #Matrix is even worse, especially when engaging across many different active rooms.

The more deeply engaged people are and bringing up fascinating thoughts, the quicker the information-processing debt grows.

People like to chat there, find it low-barrier to participate. Yet its up to poor info collectors to do the chores of preserving.

@humanetech
ok looking for recommended STRATEGY ,,, like I want to keep this idea at the forefront with others.. I do diposable-ish thigns and circle them... but this I feel I might forget or let get stacked under - so how to keep in mnid long term?

@freeschool for me the strategy is to put the idea in the fridge for a while longer, but I will not forget about it. Just lack time to dedicate further now :)

Agree... but for me I'm not sure how to remember it...
( At least in the fridge you see it rotting or will see at the end and will remember ! )

@freeschool he he, I place things in an arctic seedvault for preservation :D

Just keep an idea list for yourself somewhere and now and then revisit old ideas you penned down.

@humanetech I do things circling to keep everything going almost daily...
but yeah it will come around again... just some things like 1 awesome post can really answer it and I go back to thinking it still needs solving when it's already done somewhere!
I guess that's part of the game!
