QUESTION: What to do about people on Mastodon who answer some questions, even friendly or friends but then don't answer some specific questions (not even the worst but just don't even say why)

Basically while it seems 'needy' (going to call it myself)
it's really like every other person and considered normal so I MUST do something about it or face passive-[insert your word here like aggressive] or apathetic like which is pathetic frankly as if we can live and not talk or that it's not fascism the opposite polar sense that we ignore people.

Seems like pent up aggression or rage but it's not. You try living without any sort of reply (oh wait you probably know how that feels so appreciate some constructive comments on that for why nice people don't answer and even continue conversation in the next topics lol)
