How's this for example of hydrating constantly / liquid food?
(see pic for BIG Soup Pot (to elbow deep) Vegetables - Constantly Hydrated for months now - adding whatever too.

We are mostly water after all, so a bit of flavour and you can eat less AND keep warm without as much solids which you can adjust how much according to how you feel (potatoes almost only as solid for me!).

Serious anti-capitalism / more liquid nutrition soaking everything for longer time, I do have it like tea with more of a flavour yeah :)
