Fediverse teaches you as in real life, it's good to try a bit but there is no sense to people sometimes - they are lost in themself or something else.

After 3 tries of contact, say your experience (publicly probably) and leave them for a bit. Copy and paste this text you sent them to the next person that doesn't answer at all.

Maybe after a long while things would have changed. But don't hold your breath or wait too long. It's like waiting for their death. Move on already / give it time.

(Not intended to any existing people - just hose unanswered who won't see this anyway - but those claiming to be pro-active - you guys simply suck air!)

Perhaps those who claim to be accessible or a people person later... Anyone claiming to be on a conquest for our mutual things I'll list later since they are asking in profile or messages... failing their own test... but the rest of the people I might let slide even though they answer other people
