Instead of standardising everyone...
Try to find what people like to do and help them get that balance or make things more enjoyable.
Obviously terrible for making empires!

We've found that helping cultivate the courage to handle difficult things, as well as nurturing joy and ease whenever possible, helps create that balance. :)

Will be interesting to see how deep you into those things mentioned and so welcome more contact, anytime.
I'm deeply into cultivation and many of what you mention though hard to find the right soil and ground to work with over the internet / Fediverse though I have been trying (a lot of my profile is about that).
