If they can ban me from Germany and deny me the right to know who, when and why issued the ban, imagine what the German state can do to you DiEMer – to anyone lacking a public voice.

If they can arrest Jews, like my comrades Iris Hefets and Udi Raz in Berlin for saying no to genocide, imagine what the German police can do to Palestinians, indeed to you if you dare protest the slow demise of your political rights in Germany – a lethal totalitarian virus currently spreading to France, to the Netherlands, across Europe.

This is why I am taking the German state to the German courts, initially - and to the European courts if need be: Because we need to draw a line in the sand!

The peoples of Europe have fought too hard and for too long for our basic democratic rights. So, we say to the political class responsible for Europe’s wholesale decline – political, technological, environmental, economic, ethical decline:

You shall not pass! We say No Pasarán to your latest variant of totalitarianism peddled jointly by Europe’s Radical Centre and the Ultra Right.

Today we fight you in Germany’s courts. Tomorrow on our streets, in our Universities, in our places of work. And, yes, we shall stand against you on 6th to 9th June, when our party MERA25 runs in the European elections in Germany, Italy and Greece.

What starts here can save Germany and Europe from this creeping, creepy, totalitarianism.
