@cryochasm Hashtags have got people employed for our serve admin purely using #jobs #fedijobs mainly to advertising the job but would help leave yourself with hashtag there if it's still important to you - and even mention what you'd prefer to do, as that might be a Fediverse "dreaming together" thing to eventually happen...
