When nobody talks or is more interested in making money (war) then you can see countries make a lot on everything war related (even if they are losing) including banks make a lot, technology (drones), manufacturing (material/resources) etc...

...then life is really interested in war more than anything... and smaller people are supplying labour to support the soft-war to back up the big war...
