It's hard for me to say as if nobody cares but I want us to recognise the error that in Capitalism's perspective, from the very top, they don't care and so working in that big bubble needs adjustment else serves cut-throat-ism (though you might not see of feel it until you're cut or discriminated as excuses for the same cutting of people).

Those lower in pyramid do care but often trying to swim to save their own lives while top rakes it in like a big raking machine,

Overall from top nobody ever wanted to feed you or care for you...
You see it in parents even nowadays as children and adults have bullshit job detectors and more bad experiences...

Unless you bring bosses much more in they don't care... you're replaceable- if they see you as a cow they can cash, then they might 'care'.... and

suddenly you're loved again...
