How do you break it to them gently and help them bring work back into the human spectrum without making it too personal?

Imagine the surprise to #programmers as you hint that they need to re-program their own mind from being too involved with their computer work for too long and thinking like a computer or expecting short sentences only.

I imagine readers of this can look at this, and 'who is saying this', rather than 'what I am saying' that previous generation either didn't have or lost the humanisation in exchange for computerisation... so while grateful - IT IS ENOUGH.

Please bring the slider back towards more human communication, more often...
