So less #shampoo? (has Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (#SLS) as foaming agent also isn't great as it bubbles almost infinitely into water)

Even #cleaning can be too much cleaning and #killing #biology / #biosphere / ourselves slowly while we #pay for it.

Unless you or me are willing to accept that we must change our luxury habits in order to affect change, then the game over is already over for change and we feed Big #pharmaceuticals and such.

We will not likely #change anything we need in this country AND others people's country if we don't limit ourselves or if we do spend do it on things that change people... (#food #planting and growing included in changing people)
