The Conservative Party of Canada posted, and then deleted this video.
It's an obvious appeal to whatever White Canadians are left.
Apparently though, they couldn't find enough of them to film the ad in Canada.

The countryside is North Dakota
The foothills are in Indonesia
The mountain range is Utah
The family gathering is Italy
The "We're Home" landscape is Venezuela

(not saying it's unlikely just asking to see how would one find this out as specifically this post says where the footage came from and that's interesting to me)
