Yes I agree with most of what you said too and you can assumed that I knew, but at the same time the idea is more like you said "something to work on" to surprise ourself while mostly not expecting much but upgrade / try something from time to time with each other DIY / homemade style.
No matter what the quality - it's from me / you which is worth gold and it's on away from copyright stealing).

Actually my tempo was out / could have adjusting it but realised I was spending too much time so with right beat and tempo actually you were on point enough and yes can always redo it but I didn't even tweak much. There are also free instrumentals you can match which would give your lyrics a good boost like you meant to do it that way. Instrumentals are plenty with attribution / etc

Also as a kind of acceptance to make popular our own material and train the acceptance of "it's my own quick made" has it's own quality and respect:
- no expensive kit
- production team
- paying for studio time
⬆️ (fuck all that to some extent)

... while managing to pump out a final product at the end of an hour or two is quite it's own achievement that is fairly understandable for it's lyrics or whatever "save the world message" / autism world support etc / (whatever it is).

By populating homemade from time to time it's also making others think it's possible while not over-filling it - look at all this political and youtube.com/google links... but yours is a small video non-commercial...

I like that you had it temporary or on request too and sent it to me which ticks more boxes ☑️ for it to be personal or repost it so it comes up on timeline again. So many things might be invisibly good once you're comfortable in yourself.

I may need to clarify but overall if it's from you and me (and gives Fediverse a half-chance) then interesting things can happen without too much expectation, just some samples and a bit of upgrade / increment / remix gives chance WHILE yeah not worrying about overdoing it to be perfect (I liked the original and accpeted it)... it's a bit of practical example while being almost disposable if you want like a test of self-creation together..

A way to get someone else pro or autistic is to do it and for them to say "I can do better than that" and surprise you...

I appreciate it's your material and no need for it to go anywhere (would you add if it's Creative Commons? For example CC-BY-SA-NC <--- assuming you know it otherwise I'll explain creative works without commercial permission)

I like the idea you have a basic nice home feel with background and is sort of home-made-mediocre feel because that's what we do with friends at home.

Personally I think I / we've been hooked on hollywood production far too long (even loading up youtube instead of playing music in person to ourselves) which actually is like losing culture a bit and even restricting our creativity with devices not instruments and not allowing others to explore OUR OWN material. So with a bit of permission it can go fatr privately first since DM's are quite private and then release what we like from ourselves and give credit and you'd be surprise to see your follow and comment go up.

Many levels here... a lot of people autistic can see opportunity but need help to improve / experiment... So I'd thank you if you'd let me continue (even though I have no further idea unless you're adding any idea on top).

RE: forming "a band"
If I observe right - we all love doing - bit it's alone stuff and "now is the time" to get together a bit more )accepting my humble proposition) to save ourselves and give each other opportunity in having some creative fun (like a band you were saying you like) from time to time and stop giving to the world anytime you like...

Oh, part of my troubles is I’m
alone there never was and never will be a band or even a partner, I was only trying to say I’m a bit averse to electronic accompaniment.

I actually bought an interface box and a program, but I do not love learning or using it. If I can contribute any analogue thing and you fo all that, that would be OK, but honestly, I’m not a natural techie, and my career was techie and I’m tired of beating my head against that, I just want to beat it against the guitar and my inability.
