I am absolutely sure Cosmo Kramer in Seinfeld is a neurodivergent character.
Among many examples in season 7, episode 19 he obsesses with the feeling of wam clothes fresh out of the dryer. He collects all the quarter dollars he can get to warm his clothes. Just for the nice feeling. Overall his spontiniety, temporary obsessions, tactile preferences and uncoventional ways of handling social life give me strong ND vibes.

Cosmo fell in love with the feeling of freshly warmed clothes from the dryer. The dryer in the basement of the building operates on quarters. Cosmo can't get enough of it.
Right next to the pile of coins there is a half bit red apple which Cosmo is biting into occasionally. Jerry stands next to him and asks him why he's doing this on his table and not on his own.
Cosmo Kramer replies "I don't have a table.".
