@bradley Sure but in practicality we don't tax them, they '#tax' themselves (and as token gestures of #taxing)... so it's more they tax the lower bracket more than anything as the system of power itself... or maybe what ways do you imagine we could do it?

Politically it seems impossible as it's like asking them to remove themselves and system itself that got them there... (?)
