Eat #Squash and #Pumpkins and #cook with skin? YES 🎃
They stand the cold and #freeze quite well but few small spots tell me it's time to liquidate and not lose stock as they go bad behind you back...
So just endlessly cook the whole pieces in any #soup (#tomato yum!) and re-hydrate into one giant pot cooking almost whole (split in half and take seeds out - that's it - into pot!_ I eat the skin too which is like melon skin but better - perhaps like #carrot or apple skin when soft.
Why - it's faster and more food for you / less waste and taste really good.
Funny how people get used to throwing and peeling absolutely everything!
