I have made a bunch of candles to offer for Christmas. The result is ugly. I realize anti-consumerism goes hand in hand with talent.

@raphael And competing with machines is a bit hard on people too (like things being too straight, too shiny, even lasting too long).
The embedded-energy burned into the the machine needed for itself is quiet hidden... so ecocide eventually hidden also...
It's a over-reply but too subtle than people don't realise we have had too-good for too long....
