It's re-thinking perhaps 😉 so I'd say both...
So this 'extra' step (which has only been made within modern times) helps people see and consider words more even by needing to type it in etc - like looking up things in a book or transcription of audio (which I do) or anything done again...
It helps a ton to learn that way and re-think every word / sentence and repeat things to get more of a meaning and context to what I'm doing, why and what source it doing and why...
Seems minor to comment but for learning is important to even 'over' do it / rediscover / go over again.
