@ins0mniak @amerika @pwm the idea that a lawyer is ever something someone needs is horrible, laws should be common sense and commonly understood enough that standing before a judge and defending oneself should be the norm, judges shouldn't have the ability to redefine laws either.m, hardly should they be able to interpret them.. the necessitation of a lawyer and the lack of focus on details and facts of a case tends to null any point a courtroom could have.. the tendency of laws and courts should be to protect or correct someone from some wrongdoing, but oftentimes it's irrelevant if there was a victim...
