Adding Disclaimer to #QOTO IS MUCH CLEARER about scraping consent... (regardless of what big companies do or don't ignore)

Please add:

🚨 "No consent given for commercial usage or data anywhere on or from QOTO, including scraping/using/processing anything in any way. You must get express consent from each and every user personally for such permission or data usage." 🚨

(The above topics was from a post before to Freemo and #QOTOMods https://qoto.org/@freeschool/112868647208889528 that I saw worth re-writing again and re-considering, more than complaining when it happens and when we don't write anything on the wall about them scraping / *raping us).

* RAPING = Destroy and strip of its possession

(so as 2nd meaning, "raping" its not far from un-consented sex as it is destroying / stripping us)

The original post was moaning a bit but wasn't asking for the moon in this point 1/ and I couldn't see why it would not make sense (even trivially / aesthetically) to added SOMETHING about consent and asking individual users first to scrape them.

❓ Like why would it even be bad? ❓

"What they do Freemo is not what we're only looking at. We also have to do our bit and say about #consent / try protect QOTO and say so to those others 'this' is what we do and don't want- IF they ignore it or not that's on them.

Us telling them is our responsibility and sign on the door THEY DO NOT HAVE CONSENT.

I don't understand people who don't mention things because "they will do it anyway" - surely this is bad logic and even encouraging them.

To complain after without saying is fucked up. The fact that that massive companies are ignoring things is BAD but THIS KIND OF LOGIC IS BAD too.

It's terribly bad to mention "rape" or extreme words but it might jolt the logic in people that YOU HAVE TO SAY NO TO BEING MOLESTED TOO, (a poor example but logic is same - say no first, not after or stay silent).

Anyone looking back in time will just say "They never actually expressed their dissatisfaction or did any effort to repel such a thing!" #Law or not #CommonSense #CommonLaw ,

"There's nothing there to suggest they even cared!" they might say

Being clear helps a the whole know it's happening too.

So yes it does count freemo and have value to users - we're not just looking only at what they do - but how we express and conduct things. So please add...
