And hence I have become, for the first time in my life, a maintainer of a software package 😇

The pkg has been in orphan state (i.e. no maintainer😢) since 2015.

In 2019 binutils broke some signatures in `bfd/section.c`, leading to a build failure.
I made a patch to get it built for the latest #ArchLinux. It is just surprising that these good old C stuffs still work as good.
