@drdrowland in my experience the curriculum arising from edtech companies is simply using their tools and interpreting the changes as improvements.

Teachers are unable to wean themselves from amgaf and managers do want (free-in-exchange-for-student-data-as-future-customers-also) edtech to "help" teachers.
@garyackerman I think there's room for edtech to work with working teachers to create and improve curricula. Do you know of a business model that does this instead of just selling curricula?
