@garyackerman when I was at UNC, the college of business won the Baldrige Award. I’ll never forget my conversation with their Associate Dean after their award ceremony, who said that “the path to excellence is humbling” and he talked about how hard it was to confront and act on their data.
Such a good line, and very true
