I work in . I spend half of my time giving step-by-step directions for using tools and half of my time having those directions be ignored.

@garyackerman I prepared a Classroom Technolgy Orientation document with basic instructions for common issues/guides for the tech we have over summer and shared at beginningof the year. Every single day someone interrupts my teaching to ask me a question that's answered in that document.

Although good teachers will parallelise, getting their instructions ignored whilst they're being delivered.

@garyackerman An #EdTech tool that needs step-by-step instructions is by definition not fit for purpose.
