An organization has a client portal where we can log on. Follow the link to the page, then scroll down through two screens worth of images and "white space" to find the button. Can we go back to the practice of putting important stuff at the top pf the page.
@garyackerman That should be done by UI/UX professional and page designer when they investigate and test the usability, collect feedback and optimize interface. Whoever owns the web app should be able to fix it. Giving them feedback helps.
